Can I sell patterns made from your designs?

For sure! :) Any handmade item you create from these gorgeous patterns are your property to sell in person or online.

Copyright extends only to the written instructions including written pattern, charts, diagrams, illustrations, photos, video tutorials, original music, and/ or the publication(s) they appear in whether digital or printed. This protects the designer’s / publisher's right to control how their pattern or publication is distributed. Absolutely NO part or whole - of the above noted including pattern instructions, rewording, rewriting, using part to make a derivative pattern - are allowed - or to be copied - sold OR shared with others in any platform/ media whether it be digital or physical.

Can I use your photo(s)?

Photos are protected under Copywrite law, so you cannot use my or another person's photos unless you have received written/email confirmed permission to use the photo(s).

How do I credit the designer (you)?

It is always fabulous to credit the designer where ever you can or is appropriate. You can hashtag # them on Instagram, mention them in your stories on Facebook, Instagram or other Social Media and you a referral to the designer's shop for the pattern is always deeply appreciated! :)

Designer's love to feature and show your work as well and see their patterns, how they are interpreted and the gorgeous creations you make - so let them know - many will feature you - I definitely feature anyone who makes my designs in my stories/posts. :)  Please use the tag @cable_river_designs on Instagram and the #cableriverdesigns and/or the # - hashtag listed in the pattern so I can see your creation!  💜

Can I order - Custom and / or personalized orders, or a physical item?

I am sorry, at this time I do not take custom, personalized or other orders for physical items. Designing is my true creative passion and where my heart is. Due to the time it takes for designing, testing, retesting, frogging, calculating, creating & all that goes in to designing patterns, it leaves little time to make physical products for market at this point. If you do want a physical product of one of my designs, and do not have someone who crochets near you, please email me and I can possibly refer you to - or partner you up with - a fabulous maker to make it for you, (depending on where you are located in this amazing global world).  💜

Refund?

I'm sorry, due to the nature of a Pdf being instantly downloaded, I do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the sale is complete. Do still contact me or support if there are any issues downloading your Pdf, and I am always happy to provide pattern support and answer questions!
